Functionality trumps style. A design may look cool, but if your audience cannot easily use it, you've failed.
The best way to get others to buy into your new idea is to get them involved with it from the early stages.
Great communication begins with asking three questions: 1. What do you want people to know? 2. What do you want people to feel? 3. What do you want people to do?
Some of our biggest mistakes come when we lean on our natural ability rather than properly planning. Never wing it.
