Five Creative Ministry Tips: September 28th, 2016

28 Sep 2016

Each week, we’re excited to share a five-pack of useful tips for those serving in creative ministry! Every seven days, we post practical advice on topics such as production, design, leadership, communication, and service planning. While these tips may be simple, they have the potential to radically improve your church. These images are social media ready, so help us spread the word by sharing them on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest!

#CrtvMinTip: One moment in the presence of God can change someone’s life forever. Our role on Sundays is to create an atmosphere that makes it easy to connect.
#CrtvMinTip: When looking for design inspiration, avoid copying one specific design. Instead, find two to three ideas and combine them for a new look.
#CrtvMinTip: When recruiting new volunteers, communicate your vision, not need. Express how serving will bring fulfillment life, not just more work.
#CrtvMinTip: Aim to provide value to your followers on social media. Post things that are meaningful to them instead of simply promoting your church.
#CrtvMinTip: Just because an idea is cool doesn’t mean it’s right for your church. Trying to keep up with everything other churches do is a race you cannot win.
