Late last night, I was up knocking out some designs for our church and I found a great resource from one of my favorite blogs, ChurchMediaDesign.tv. One of the biggest problems that has contributed to my creative slump I’ve been experiencing lately has been such a lack of free fonts that actually work with the current styles and themes of today. Luckily, Brad had posted this great website on his blog called “Lost Type” and it has totally rocked my world. On this site you can find 38 quality fonts that are all free to download and work great with the retro style that is so popular right now. Below are just a few of the fonts that really got my creative juices flowing.

I’m going to try the Avril Sans for my redesigned website. Good find. Now I need to find a nice background image. Something a little rough around the edges, but not too flashy. Something that goes with black and white particularly. Let me know if you find something. Nice work with your website by the way.
