Our church has been using Vimeo for a couple of years now for all of our videos that we produce. It’s an outstanding website for sharing your videos on the web and gives you a lot of flexibility with HD quality and some incredible embedding options. I was looking through their site today and discovered what I’m sure is old news to some of you, but it’s definitely a resource worth passing on. Vimeo’s “Video School” is a collection of tutorials that show you how to make better videos. They have lessons on a variety of topics including cameras, lighting, sound, and software. Below are three tutorials from their “Video 101″ series that I thought were neat. While they are basic, the information in them are good rules of thumb to keep handy as you make your videos.
